RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

**Return/Exchange Policy - Urban Glam**

At Urban Glam, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our brand. We understand that occasionally you may need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a smooth process, please review our Return/Exchange Policy below :

**1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:**

- We accept returns and exchanges within **7 days** from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. 

**2. Initiating a Return/Exchange:**

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Log in to your Urban Glam account.
- Go to the 'Order History' section and select the order containing the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Click on the 'Request Return/E
xchange Items' button and follow the instructions provided.

**3. Return Shipping:**

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to return items.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

**4. Inspection and Approval:**

- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange within **7
 business days**.

**5. Refunds:**

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.

**6. Exchanges:**

- If you choose to exchange an item, we will ship the new item to you once the return is processed.
- Shipping for the exchanged item will be covered by us.

**7. Defective or Incorrect Items:**

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support Team within **7 days** of receiving your order.
- We will arrange for a return label and either a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.

**8. Cancellations:**

- If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
